The Group share of net income stood at \u20ac 5.4 million. It rose substantially from the 2012 figure, mainly driven by the profits from divestment of subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Stanislas de Bentzmann, Co-CEO of Devoteam commented: &#8220;Remaining faithful to the objectives of the EAGLE strategic plan, 2013 has been a year of profound transformation for the Group, materialized by divestment of some subsidiaries, and by the renewal of our offer portfolio.
