Renowned for her ability to structure and scale marketing initiatives, Trine has consistently maximised their impact on teams and business outcomes. Her innovative marketing approach establishes it as a <strong>key strategic driver for the success <\/strong>of the organisations she supports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most recently, Trine spent over <strong>eight years as Group Director of Business Development at Netcompany<\/strong>. In this role, she played a pivotal role in transforming the company and driving its expansion across Europe, growing the workforce from 800 to over 8,000 employees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Devoteam, Trine Tirsgaard will be <strong>responsible for supporting the implementation of the Amplify 2028 strategy<\/strong>, and reinforce Devoteam as a tech architect of a AI-driven sustainable value for its clients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Convinced that her arrival will help materialise our vision of Tech for People with an AI supporting its long-term vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;I am delighted to welcome Trine to Devoteam.
