Amar Bank changed its name in 2014. The bank positions itself as a digital bank that focuses on the retail sector and micro, small and medium businesses. The bank launched Tunaiku, an application that offers loans without collateral quickly and easily as its superior product. Apart from that, Amar Bank also offers other banking services, such as savings, current accounts, deposits and business loans, which can be carried out through its application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/devoteam.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Amar-Bank-Image-2-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-92123\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amar Bank faced several challenges in the digital banking industry. One of the main challenges is ensuring financial health and inclusion by leveraging Google Cloud technology. They aim to improve the lives of their customers through the use of&nbsp; Google Cloud technology. Another challenge is developing and maintaining a proprietary credit scoring model based on big data and predictive analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This model drives the profitability of loans and helps Amar Bank make informed lending decisions. Additionally, they face the challenge of providing a seamless and secure digital banking experience through their mobile-only intelligent banking solution. They offer features such as digital KYC process, financial management functionality, and account aggregation tools to enhance the user experience. Amar Bank also collaborates with e-commerce payments to facilitate convenient and efficient transactions. Implementing a plug and play banking solution with built-in features for account opening, unlimited customer deposits, transfers, and transactions is another challenge they face. The bank also provides a plug and play banking solution with built-in features for account opening, unlimited customer deposits, transfers, and transactions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devoteam also helped in implementation using cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform. This decision was made because Google Cloud offers an end-to-end cloud ecosystem that includes production applications and data architecture in one place. Additionally, Google Cloud provides a comprehensive range of cloud products, making it the best cloud provider solution for Amar Bank in Indonesia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/devoteam.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Amar-Bank-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-92143\" style=\"width:969px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Result<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After implementing a cloud data architecture on Google Cloud Platform, Amar Bank reaped benefits of using Google Cloud including a comprehensive cloud ecosystem, a complete suite of cloud products, and strong customer support and partnerships. This allows Amar Bank to leverage Google Cloud services for its data architecture and explore AI\/ML related services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amar Bank also experienced faster process in loan disbursement which took less than 24 hours and instant instalment options via virtual accounts. Implementing a cloud data architecture using Google Cloud likely contributed to this faster processing time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By utilising Google Cloud technology and features, Amar Bank aims to provide a seamless and convenient banking experience for its customers. The bank also values excellent customer support and partnership with Devoteam, a market-leading cloud solution provider.
