Before Devoteam, Eray spent six years at one of the Big Four consulting firms. It was structured, traditional — and limited.

On the other, he steps in as a Change Manager, helping organisations adapt their ways of working so the technology sticks.
He’s trained more people in AI for Google Workspace than anyone else in the team. His workshops are hands-on, built around real workflows, and always focused on making AI useful — not theoretical.
