Devoteam, a leading EMEA player in digital transformation, is delighted to announce its strategic expansion into the Norwegian market, solidifying its position as a dominant force in ServiceNow across the EMEA region. <\/strong>This significant move follows a period of robust growth for Devoteam’s ServiceNow business, including the successful acquisitions of Eraneos in the Netherlands last year and ProCori in Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment of a dedicated ServiceNow<\/a> practice in Norway underscores Devoteam’s commitment to becoming the leading ServiceNow competence centre in the country. The company plans to rapidly scale its Norwegian team to at least 25 ServiceNow experts, leveraging its extensive European and Nordic expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devoteam is already a market leader in ServiceNow across Europe, boasting over 120 specialised consultants in the Nordics alone, working with renowned organisations such as Copenhagen Municipality, Vestas, Energinet, Viking, and Orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henrik Madsen, Head of ServiceNow Nordics for Devoteam, will lead the Norwegian initiative until a local head is appointed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ServiceNow is utilised by many of Norway’s largest businesses, and we believe there is a clear need for a new, dedicated competence centre for the technology in Norway. This is an initiative we have considered for a long time, and we now feel the time is ripe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Henrik Madsen further explained that the first Norwegian consultant will start after the summer holidays. Growth will then come from recruiting skilled senior consultants and by training new talents. Additionally, Devoteam will utilise its Nordic and European experts to support the ServiceNow needs of Norwegian clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not inconceivable that we will make some acquisitions in a specialist environment. In Denmark, we have grown to 90 ServiceNow consultants. In Sweden, we have 30 consultants. The potential is the same for Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those we hire should have a technical background. They must enjoy working with the combination of automation and efficiency. ServiceNow is a powerful engine for achieving far more efficient processes, and we therefore need individuals who have a good understanding of processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
