B. Kunden, Subunternehmer und Lieferanten) eingef\u00fchrt hat. Dieses System erm\u00f6glicht es, Verst\u00f6\u00dfe anonym und sicher zu melden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Hinweissystem deckt folgende F\u00e4lle ab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Straftaten oder Vergehen wie Korruption und Diskriminierung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schwere Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen Gesetze, Verordnungen oder internationale Vertr\u00e4ge (z. B. Ihre Anonymit\u00e4t bleibt in jedem Fall gewahrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zur Sicherstellung maximaler Vertraulichkeit nutzt Devoteam ein externes Hinweissystem. Ein unabh\u00e4ngiger Dienstleister anonymisiert Ihre Meldung und leitet sie an das Ethik-Hinweiskomitee weiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir garantieren Schutz vor Vergeltungsma\u00dfnahmen und Disziplinarma\u00dfnahmen. Dieses System dient dazu, Hinweise auf Verst\u00f6\u00dfe zu sammeln, die durch das Sapin-II-Gesetz (2016) und das Gesetz zur Sorgfaltspflicht von Muttergesellschaften (2017) geregelt sind. B. Mitarbeiter, externer Mitarbeiter, Subunternehmer) und Ihre Verbindung zur Gruppe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informationen \u00fcber die gemeldeten Ma\u00dfnahmen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Namen und Daten der Personen, die in der Meldung erw\u00e4hnt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-vertrauliche-behandlung-von-meldungen\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--medium);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--medium)\">Vertrauliche Behandlung von Meldungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle Meldungen werden streng vertraulich behandelt. Das Ethik-Hinweiskomitee pr\u00fcft jede Meldung sorgf\u00e4ltig, kontaktiert den Hinweisgeber bei Bedarf und leitet notwendige Untersuchungen ein. Personen, die in einer Meldung genannt werden, werden \u00fcber die sie betreffenden Informationen informiert, ohne dass die Identit\u00e4t des Hinweisgebers offengelegt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-informationen-der-von-der-meldung-betroffenen-person-en\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--medium);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--medium)\">Informationen der von der Meldung betroffenen Person(en)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betroffene Personen werden \u00fcber die sie betreffenden Daten informiert, die in der Meldung enthalten sind. Die Identit\u00e4t des Hinweisgebers bleibt dabei stets gesch\u00fctzt. Falls erforderlich, k\u00f6nnen diese Informationen gem\u00e4\u00df den gesetzlichen Vorgaben genutzt werden, etwa um Beweise zu sichern oder Ermittlungen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-rechte-der-betroffenen-personen\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--medium);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--medium)\">Rechte der betroffenen Personen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betroffene Personen und Hinweisgeber haben gem\u00e4\u00df den Datenschutzbestimmungen folgende Rechte:.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recht auf Information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zugang zu personenbezogenen Daten,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berichtigung oder L\u00f6schung von Daten,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Ethik-Hinweiskomitee pr\u00fcft, ob gespeicherte Daten weiterhin ben\u00f6tigt werden. Daten, die nicht mehr erforderlich sind, werden gel\u00f6scht.
