Upskilling on Sustainable IT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the objective of mitigating environmental footprint of digital technology, plus the imperative to rethink digital technology so that it carries more inclusive and ethical values for the women and men within our society, Devoteam launched a global certification program on Sustainable IT, based on partners MOOC and platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is made of two levels, first one based on the MOOC from the \u201cEuropean Institute for Sustainable IT\u201d (ISIT)<\/a>, second one being \u201cGreen Software For Practitioners \u2013 LFC131\u201d<\/a> by the Linux Foundation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective is to certify at least 70% of Devoteamers by 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Sailing for Science: A Round-the-World Environmental Mission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Offshore racing can also be a tremendous opportunity for science and the environment, as demonstrated by the sporting and scientific feat accomplished by Fabrice Amedeo and his non-stop round-the-world voyage during the last Vend\u00e9e Globe. He equipped his boat and carried measurement instruments to undertake ambitious projects to help the scientific community better understand the impact of climate change on our oceans.
