Amsterdam, 10 February 2025 – Devoteam Netherlands, a leading player in the field of tech consultancy, announces that Guus Nater has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) Netherlands. In this role, he will be responsible for the daily management of the Dutch organization. Guus Nater succeeds Martijn van Veen, who was recently appointed Senior Vice President for Devoteam Group, and in this new role remains ultimately responsible for the organizations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Serbia.
Guus Nater has been working at Devoteam for four years, where he was part of the management team as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). As a result, he is deeply familiar with the DNA of the organization and has the right insights to successfully lead Devoteam Netherlands. His extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly at Devoteam and IBM, and his proven leadership qualities make him the ideal candidate for this challenging position.
