This event centred around the <strong>TEAM framework (Think, Execute, Automate &amp; Measure)<\/strong>, offering an in-depth understanding of how this approach can drive business growth through creativity and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event featured experts from Devoteam who shared valuable insights into each pillar of the TEAM framework:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bruno Amaral<\/strong>, Executive Director and Head of Devoteam Creative Tech, helped attendees understand client needs and how to design strategic solutions focused on the customer journey (<strong>Think<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>David Vitorino<\/strong>, Operations Director of Devoteam Creative Tech, and <strong>Jo\u00e3o Paulo Mendes<\/strong>, Software Architect, showcased how to develop quality digital products using cloud-native technologies and multidisciplinary teams (<strong>Execute<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maria Moura<\/strong>, Digital Strategist Lead, explained how to boost efficiency through test, marketing, and business flow automation (<strong>Automate<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carlos Bispo<\/strong>, Senior Digital Analytics Specialist, and <strong>Bruno Amaral<\/strong>, Executive Director and Head of Devoteam Creative Tech, demonstrated how to adopt data-driven strategies to optimise results and experiences (<strong>Measure<\/strong>);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This event underscored Devoteam&#8217;s commitment to empowering businesses to achieve a sustainable future by blending creativity and technology.
