From their beginnings, TronderEnergi was built on a strong tradition of delivering and developing energy solutions in the fields of water and wind power. To move with the times the client needed a clear view into the insights IT infrastructure could provide, which would catapult the digitization process of the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cloud transition, as a digital tool, opened a path to business transformation that it was crucial to pull through as a company. Therefore, the objective was to find a solution that could map out a business case for cloud-transition built on their current IT-setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OpsAI is in charge of creating business cases for Cloud transition, enabling a gradual transition from outdated on premise to Cloud IT. On the other hand, CMP also helped to align IT-costs and to ensure compliance in regards to security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
