The annual HR One Gala took place this Tuesday the 21st of March to highlight remarkable Luxembourg HR initiatives, that best meet local and current market’s needs when it comes to fostering a great employee experience and attract talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each year, Devoteam’s HR team takes the opportunity to look back on what’s been continued, developed and enhanced to always make the company a place where people thrive in. With 4 applications submitted, 4 nominations by jurys and 2 awards received, we’re very enthusiasts to share that Devoteam Luxembourg has been recognized with the “Onboarding Excellence” and “CSR Initiative of the Year” Awards, sponsored respectively by Canon and INDR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In receiving the “CSR Initiative of the Year” award, the company has been honored for having the most innovative and impactful corporate social responsibility strategy implemented in the organization. Its CSR strategy called “VEEP”, which stands for Value, Environment, Ethics, and People, is focused on using technology to promote positive change in its entire ecosystem. Not only Devoteam has partnered with organizations to develop offers that support business leaders in understanding the value of sustainability in their business models, but the company has also launched the #TechforPeopleProgram through the Devoteam Foundation to support NGOs by promoting citizenship through call-for-projects, pro-bono work, and tech-labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t
