We are excited to announce a strategic new addition to our leadership team. We warmly welcome Paul van Renselaar<\/strong> as the new Managing Director for Devoteam\u2019s ServiceNow practice in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mathieu Burton<\/strong>, who served as the Interim Director over the past few months. Mathieu did a fantastic job of leading the team during this period, and we are grateful for his dedication. He will now be working closely with Paul to ensure a seamless transition and continue to support our key initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul joins us with a strong track record in IT leadership and digital transformation. At NN Group, he rolled out ServiceNow across 11 countries with multiple modules, while also acting as Platform Owner for ServiceNow and several other platforms, giving him broad experience across the IT landscape. In these roles, he successfully led multiple intercultural and global teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also well-known in the community, serving for more than four years as Chair of the Dutch ServiceNow User Group (SNUG)<\/strong>, where he has fostered knowledge sharing and organised impactful events such as the SNUG Hackathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul has a passion for sharing his knowledge on stage, with one of his most memorable moments being during the opening keynote of Knowledge 2023 in Las Vegas<\/strong> in front of 16,000 attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond his professional track record, Paul is recognised for his authentic leadership style<\/strong>, rooted in inclusivity and accessibility. He leads with conviction, creates space for diverse voices, and builds environments where talent can thrive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe that Paul\u2019s vision and leadership will be instrumental in guiding our ServiceNow business unit to new heights, while strengthening our collaboration with the European ServiceNow leadership team to deliver a unified proposition across the region. His appointment marks a significant step forward as we continue to help our clients unlock innovation and embrace the potential of AI on the ServiceNow platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
