This transformation of their Remedy-based Service Desk has empowered thousands of employees with mobile access to services, leading to significant gains in efficiency and productivity and a positive return on investment in less than a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REPSOL is an integrated global energy company with broad sector experience. It carries out Upstream activities, such as exploration and production of hydrocarbons, as well as Downstream activities, such as refining. Thanks to its products and services, which meet the highest quality and safety standards, REPSOL is a European leader in this sector.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REPSOL uses Remedy to manage its internal services (room bookings, internal messaging, parking).\u00a0All of REPSOL\u2019s employees can access these applications, including thousands of employees, with about 6,000 in Madrid only.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devoteam\u2019s goal was to make these applications<\/span> <\/span>accessible in mobility<\/strong>, therefore enabling internal teams to work more<\/span> <\/span>efficiently<\/strong>. This service\u2019s adoption ensures downtime reduction, as services can be managed from a smartphone or tablet.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devoteam guided REPSOL in transforming its Service Desk with mobility. The project has had a major internal impact and has generated the development of new apps, dedicated to other business departments.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
