This is our second year in a row achieving the EcoVadis PLATINUM Label, with 10 more points this year. This accomplishment was achieved thanks to the daily commitment and involvement of Devoteamers in deploying our Sustainability Strategy: VEEP (Value | Environment | Ethics | People).
How did Devoteam achieve this certification?
The EcoVadis PLATINUM Label is awarded to the top 1% of companies evaluated by EcoVadis in their sector and recognises their performances in areas such as:
- Providing and building ambitious and fulfilling opportunities: We prioritise ethical practices and employee well-being through recognised policies on health & safety, social dialogue, D&I, and gender equality.
- Contributing to a sustainable ecosystem trajectory: We’re actively involved in initiatives that protect the environment, including SBTi-validated carbon trajectory, biodiversity and responsible resource management.
- Enabling sustainable technology: We’re committed to offering Sustainable IT solutions and our Devoteamers are trained in sustainable IT principles. Devoteam is also proud to partner with the Shift Project to analyse and reduce the environmental impact of AI.
- Engaging our value chain: we collaborate with our suppliers and partners to ensure they meet the same high sustainability standards we set for ourselves.
