OSLO, Norway – May 26, 2025 – Devoteam, a premier AI-driven technology consultancy and leading Google Cloud partner in EMEA, today announced its selection by NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation) to lead its organisation-wide transition to Google Workspace. This move marks one of the most significant public-sector transformations in the Nordics and reflects NRK’s ambition to adopt a future-ready, AI-powered platform that enhances collaboration, simplifies workflows, and supports its public mission.

With this transition, approximately 3,500 NRK employees will shift from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace before the end of 2025. The change will affect NRK’s entire digital office suite—from email to documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and storage—while unlocking access to Google’s generative AI tools, included for all users at no additional cost.
In our thorough assessment, Google’s platform supplied by Devoteam came out on top, with strong solutions for a future digital workplace. This agreement provides all of NRK with access to advanced AI capabilities and a powerful collaboration platform at a very competitive price. Overall, the solution also proved to be the most cost-effective.
