Madrid, January 27, 2026 – Devoteam, a leading European technology consultancy, announces the acquisition of DEISER, a Spanish company specialising in Atlassian solutions, with the aim of strengthening its position in the Spanish market and expanding its service offering in the area of collaborative project management.
With this acquisition, Devoteam adds more than 60 highly qualified professionals from DEISER to its team. DEISER is recognised for its leadership in consulting, development of Atlassian solutions, and its extensive experience supporting large Spanish and multinational companies in their digitalisation and process optimisation.
The acquisition aligns with Devoteam’s expansion strategy in Southern Europe and reinforces the company’s commitment to leading the AI-based transformation in the Iberian Peninsula. The integration allows Devoteam to enhance its capabilities in collaborative tools and agile project management, adding DEISER’s experience in implementing Atlassian solutions.
