The energy was palpable, the ideas were groundbreaking, and the innovation was truly inspiring. Devoteam recently concluded its largest and most ambitious annual ServiceNow Hackathon to date, bringing together a record-breaking 79 participants across 14 teams hailing from 11 different countries. This year’s event, a dynamic three-day deep dive into the cutting edge of ServiceNow development, centred around the compelling theme of ‘Agentic AI’.
Our talented consultants, all experts in the ServiceNow platform, converged (virtually and physically) to push the boundaries of what’s possible, leveraging the latest features of the ServiceNow Yokohama release. The atmosphere was electric as teams collaborated intensely, fueled by creativity and a shared passion for transforming the way businesses operate.
The focus on ‘Agentic AI’ sparked a wave of ingenious solutions designed to empower the ServiceNow platform with intelligent automation and proactive capabilities. Teams explored everything from AI-powered virtual assistants and predictive analytics to autonomous workflows and intelligent decision-making tools, all built natively within the Now Platform.
The culmination of this intense period of innovation was the highly anticipated judging session. We were honoured to have a distinguished panel of industry leaders meticulously evaluate each team’s creation based on four key criteria:
- Power of the Now Platform: How effectively did the solution leverage the core capabilities and functionalities of ServiceNow?
- Ease of adoption: How readily could the solution be implemented and integrated into existing ServiceNow environments?
- Innovation: How novel and original was the concept and its execution?
- Impact: What potential business value and positive change could the solution deliver?
