We wanted something user-friendly and efficient that would give us a clear overview – and at the same time be easy to work with. We’re not an IT department and don’t want to rely on a heavy IT process to make changes. With ServiceNow, we have great visibility and our own system administrator, allowing us to easily make adjustments.
It has been an incredibly agile process with Devoteam. Things have moved very quickly, while they have listened and delivered exactly what we wanted. That’s pretty impressive.
