PARIS, September 11 th. 2025 – Devoteam, a premium tech consultancy, has signed an agreement to acquire two highly specialised units from the affinis Group: Enerhym GmbH, focused on cloud for SAP, AI-driven consultancy & IT transformational services in the Energy sector, and Collogia IT Services (affinis Enterprise Services GmbH), which delivers innovative expertise in Managed Services for SAP and Microsoft ecosystem.
This strategic acquisition reinforces Devoteam’s commitment to industry-led innovation, particularly in Energy, a key pillar of our Amplify 2028 strategy, while at the same time sustaining growing business revenue overall. The acquisition also expands Devoteam’s Managed Services offering around SAP & Microsoft, further growing a professional services portfolio already distinguished by its triple MSP certifications across major providers like AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft.
