Paris, April 28, 2025 – As part of the deployment of its strategic plan Amplify 2028, Devoteam announces the appointment of Ariane Rossi as Group Chief Financial Officer.
This appointment marks an important step for Devoteam as it will strengthen the Group’s growth and efficiency strategy, while ensuring perfect alignment with its financial objectives.
Ariane Rossi joins the Executive Committee and the Business Operation Committee. She succeeds Thierry François and reports directly to Sebastien Chevrel.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial management and strategic transformation, Ariane Rossi (55) brings valuable expertise in performance optimisation, management of complex transformations, and international expansion. Ariane holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, obtained in 2006.
Her career illustrates an ability to support business growth and strengthen their financial stability.
Before joining Devoteam, she held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Forvis Mazars since 2021. Her role was decisive in the development of global financial strategies and the consolidation of the group’s financial structure.
Previously, she held management positions at Eutelsat as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, leading key strategic initiatives during major periods of transition.
Her experience also includes financial responsibilities at Altran and SFR, where she oversaw corporate finance and accounting at an international level.
