Compliance Program
At Devoteam Portugal, we are committed to fostering a corporate culture based on integrity, transparency, and ethical responsibility. In compliance with the General Regime for Corruption Prevention (RGPC), our entities BOLDINT, S.A. (VAT number 509216595) and EDOTOUTFIT, LDA (VAT number 513662901) have implemented a Compliance Program (PCN) that establishes the fundamental policies and procedures to prevent and mitigate corruption risks, conflicts of interest, and unethical behavior.

Devoteam Portugal Entities’ Whistleblowing Channel
Devoteam Portugal represents the Devoteam Group in Portugal, encompassing several companies, including BOLDINT, S.A. (VAT number 509216595) and EDOTOUTFIT, LDA. (VAT number 513662901). These entities operate as subsidiaries of Devoteam Société Anonyme Simplifié, with headquarters located at Avenida D. João II, 43 – 9º, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal.
At Devoteam Portugal, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, ethical, and legally compliant work environment. As part of this commitment, we have implemented an internal and external Whistleblowing Channel, accessible to employees and third parties, to report any irregularities, including suspected fraud, corruption, related offenses, or violations of the Devoteam Portugal Code of Conduct.
This system has been established in compliance with the following legal frameworks:
- National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2020-2024, approved by Resolution No. 37/2021 of the Council of Ministers
- General Regime for Corruption Prevention (RGPC), approved by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9
- General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers (RGPDI), approved by Law No. 93/2021, of December 20, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and the Council, aimed at protecting individuals who report legal violations
These regulations reinforce whistleblower protection by requiring organizations to implement secure and confidential reporting channels that ensure:
- Protection of the identity of both the whistleblower and the accused
- Confidentiality of reports and the option for anonymous submissions
- Strict prohibition of retaliation against whistleblowers
- Security and proper handling of reported data
How to Submit a Report
To encourage ethical responsibility and compliance, Devoteam Portugal provides a dedicated whistleblowing reporting system. This platform allows employees, former employees, job applicants, service providers, and other stakeholders to report concerns securely and anonymously, as long as they have reasonable grounds to believe the information is accurate and truthful. The Speak-Up Line all stakeholders to report:
- Ethical misconduct or inappropriate behavior
- Legal or regulatory violations
- Breaches of Devoteam Portugal’s internal policies or Devoteam Group’s policies
All reports will be handled confidentially and impartially, with strict protection against retaliation.
Important: Whistleblowing reports may lead to criminal and disciplinary liability if related to corruption, fraud, or other serious misconduct.
