With over 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resources and tech talent, Tomás Cruz Rodrigues has been promoted to Head of People. In this role, he will be responsible for defining and implementing Devoteam Portugal’s overall people management strategy.
Tomás, who has led Devoteam’s Talent Acquisition team for the past three years, will leverage his solid experience in attracting, developing, and managing careers to boost the organizational culture and ensure the company remains a hub of excellence for tech professionals. His background at renowned companies such as Syone, PwC, Deloitte, and Grupo Multipessoal demonstrates a consistent focus on valuing talent in highly competitive environments.
Fátima Santos: A focus on the public sector
The arrival of Fátima Santos as Public Sector Lead marks a significant reinforcement of Devoteam Portugal’s commitment to the public sector. With over two decades of experience leading technology initiatives both in Portugal and internationally, her responsibilities will include defining the company’s approach to this market, designing tailored solutions for government bodies, and fostering close relationships with institutional clients.
Her background in top roles at eSPap and AMA, where she led teams and was responsible for critical public administration infrastructures, combined with her more recent experience as Chief Technology Officer at BNP Paribas Personal Finance Portugal, provides her with an in-depth understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.
