Copenhagen, Denmark – 26 June 2024 – Demant, a leading hearing healthcare group, has successfully launched its new ServiceNow HR solution in Denmark, marking a significant step in enhancing its human resources operations.
The go-live, which took place last Wednesday morning, was the culmination of a project that showcased effective collaboration to ensure its successful delivery. Initially, Demant had commenced the project with another partner. However, recognising the need for specialised expertise to achieve their HR objectives, Demant sought additional support to bring the implementation to fruition.
This led to a focused effort from a dedicated team in Denmark to accelerate the project. With a strong commitment to rapid delivery and deep HR knowledge, the team successfully took over key development aspects of the solution.
Despite a minor, one-week postponement of the overall go-live due to an external integration not being ready, all core development work on our side was delivered precisely on-time and within the estimated timeframe, in an impressive three and a half months.
This successful implementation highlights the value of strategic partnerships in achieving complex project goals and is expected to contribute positively to Demant’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
