The digital era demands new defences. With a global workforce and increasingly hybrid environments, Konecta turned to artificial intelligence and the Zero Trust model to transform its security strategy.
Together with Devoteam and Google Cloud, the company implemented Chrome Enterprise Premium and Google Threat Intelligence, combining automation, advanced visibility, and real-time protection to ensure that its more than 120,000 professionals can work securely from any location and device.
About the client

The challenge
As a global leader in customer experience and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), Konecta has always placed security and innovation at the core of its strategy.
The company faced the challenge of protecting corporate data in an increasingly distributed environment, with a growing use of unmanaged devices. It needed to strengthen information protection, ensure secure access to critical applications, and adopt advanced defences against real-time threats such as phishing and malware.
With the goal of evolving toward a Zero Trust strategy, Konecta partnered with Devoteam and Google Cloud to implement a solution that would allow secure work from anywhere and on any device, while also enhancing visibility and centralised security control.
The objectives:
1
Strengthen corporate security levels.
2
Protect data against exfiltration.
3
Control access to critical applications.
4
Mitigate risks from real-time threats.
5
Ensure user security regardless of the location or device.
The solution
To address these challenges, Devoteam implemented Chrome Enterprise Premium (CEP) and Google Threat Intelligence (GTI), which provided Konecta with:
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to mitigate exfiltration risks.
- Real-time protection against phishing and malware.
- Zero Trust security to manage access to critical applications.
- Advanced threat visibility powered by Mandiant intelligence.
Devoteam’s methodology
The deployment followed a structured, multiphase approach:

Devoteam’s added value
Leveraging its expertise in Google Cloud solutions, Devoteam supported Konecta throughout the entire project cycle—from initial configuration to integration with existing tools—ensuring smooth adoption and maximising the value of Chrome Enterprise Premium and Google Threat Intelligence.
The benefits for Konecta
The implementation of CEP and GTI delivered key benefits:
- Risk mitigation: Reduced data exfiltration and stronger protection of corporate information.
- Enhanced security: Real-time defences against phishing and malware.
- Simplified management: Centralised administration of Chrome across the organisation.
- Secure access: Inclusion of private web apps such as SaaS with DDoS protection and MFA.
- Shadow IT prevention: Blocking of unauthorised apps and control over file transfers.
- Advanced threat intelligence: Global visibility with rapid response capabilities and access to Mandiant expertise.
Results:
Konecta achieved a significant improvement in its security posture, with stronger and more proactive management of its digital assets.
The company has acquired over 100,000 Chrome Enterprise Premium licences along with Google Threat Intelligence licences, with the flexibility to scale the solution as future needs evolve.
