Recently, we hosted an event called “Devoteam Creative Tech Roadshow: Boost your business results with TEAM Framework”, where we presented the Devoteam’s approach to projects and solutions development, organized around four axes: “think,” “execution and agility,” “automation,” and “measurement.” This approach stems from a transformation within the company, shifting towards a “studio” model and creating products/solutions for clients.
Some of the key points covered at the event include:
- The Team Framework: A methodology emphasizing agility, focus, and quality. This framework addresses the need to move away from traditional fixed-price models due to changing market trends (e.g., rapid emergence of new technologies, customer experience demands).
- Agile Methodology: While acknowledging Agile’s efficiency, the presentation emphasizes a tailored approach that prioritizes value for clients over a pure, rigid implementation. It addresses potential risks associated with Agile, such as lack of governance and product involvement.
- Major Trends: The presentation identifies four trends that drove the company’s transformation: new leadership, emerging technologies, fierce customer experience competition, and the need for collaboration.
- Key Areas: The presentation outlines five risk areas in Agile projects (product management, government, product involvement, experience, and performance monitoring) and visually represents the workflow as “think,” “execute,” “automation,” and “measurement.”
- Mindset: The company encourages a mindset that balances creative, user-focused thinking with engineering, problem-solving, and technical excellence.
