The platform’s ability to orchestrate complex processes was a key factor in the decision to adopt ServiceNow HRSD. The first version of the platform, launched in France in January, will simplify and automate certain tasks involved in the integration process. Over time, it will be enriched with new services to give employees easy access to personalised information and services (downloading documents, validating procedures independently, declaring changes in family situations, etc.), and to track their HR requests more simply.
